These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the th18 website located at th18.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by th18 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and th18 ("th18," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
01 Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the th18 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of th18, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Age Verification: th18 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you are 21 years of age or older, your account will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account on th18, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out above. th18 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.
02 Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by th18, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on th18. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. th18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: th18 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at th18's discretion.
- Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting th18 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules before the account is closed.
03 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on th18 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: th18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Available methods may vary depending on your location and account status.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. th18 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonuses credited to your account. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). th18 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
- Fraud Prevention: th18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be fraudulent, and to delay or decline such transactions pending the outcome of those checks.
Important: th18 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may result in account suspension.
04 Bonuses & Promotions
th18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. th18 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
- th18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
05 Gameplay & Fair Play
th18 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all gameplay on the Platform:
- Game Rules: Each game available on th18 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
- RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on th18 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, th18 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. th18 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
- Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game session, th18 will attempt to complete the game round in accordance with the applicable game rules. th18 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the th18 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
- Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing th18 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by th18.
07 Responsible Gaming

08 Privacy & Data

th18 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and th18 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

09 Intellectual Property
All content on the th18 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of th18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of th18.
- The th18 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of th18. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of th18.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th18 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
th18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. th18 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11 Suspension & Termination
th18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
- Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- At th18's sole discretion, for any other reason that th18 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining balance in your account, after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.
12 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13 Amendments
th18 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
